Job Description

Work Profile as follows :-

Well versed in Manufacturing Plant Accounting
Managing day-to-day accounting functions including scrutiny of general ledger, accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, vendor ageing, payroll review etc.
Preparation of Detailed Plant Cost Sheet.
Preparation & filing of GST returns, TDS Returns along with timely GST & TDS Payments.
Timely vendor payments ensuring compliance of MSME Act.
Strengthen internal control over inventory, store spares, billing process, gate in and gate out of material etc.
Coordinating with internal and statutory auditor and ensuring closure of audit queries
Managing month end and quarter end closing activities, preparation of audit schedules for limited review audit
Reviewing price variance, stores & spares consumption and rejection on daily basis.
Leading in FA classification, capitalization, and depreciation calculation as per Schedule II of Co Act
Ensuring sharing of data to HO on timely basis
Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend cost-cutting measures.
Valuation of Inventory of RM, FG & Spares at Plant level.
Managing the physical Verification of Stock at plant at regular intervals.
