Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Assist and advice top management and R&D, regarding various tests/experiments like Calorimetry, Toxicological Tests and other tests, if need be, for new and existing processes / products as well. 2) Review and improve periodically work permits including JSA 3) Ensure PSSR for the new and modified processes / facility 4) Assist and advise management on hazards & risks in projects and sustainability on new upcoming projects 5) Periodically review progress of project with respect to safety aspects 6) Remain in touch with top management and make them aware of present safety trend in the organization 7) Assist and advice management for improvement of safety and global sustainability 8) Through is Zonal Heads, EHS Managers and Officers, he should develop safety practices which are globally accepted and in line with global standardization 9) Responsible for 100% Statutory Compliance pertaining to EHS function - Registrations, Licensing, Liaisoning, permits etc. 10) Identify and prepare control measures for activities wherein operators are exposed to chemical vapours and dust 11) Training to all operators regarding the health hazards due to chemical exposures Preferred candidate profile 1) Understand EHS regulations, 2) Conduct risk assessments 3) Implement safety programs Please share the CVs on lalita.yeware@aartigroup.com
