Hse Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
• Provide training on fire prevention, industrial safety, and HSE best practices to employees.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for maintaining a safe working environment.
• Duty 12 hours / 6 Days
• contract: 1 Year

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-6 years of experience in HSE supervision or related field (oil & gas industry preferred).
• Diploma in Fire And Safety Engineering.
• Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Strong knowledge of ADIS software for incident reporting and investigation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
