Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation

L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical solutions and resolve client queries related to MCCB, ACB, Contactors, and other switchgear components.
Lead customer interactions and ensure timely approvals of engineering deliverables.
Travel to customer sites as needed for technical discussions and approvals.
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Drive goal-oriented execution and maintain discipline and punctuality.
Communicate effectively with international customers (verbal and written).
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of LV switchgear products and protection relays.
Attend technical meetings with customers for drawing approvals.
Take initiative in cost reduction, design standardization, and process improvements.
