Manager - Social Media

About Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing engaging social media strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B clients’ social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, Youtube and Twitter.
• Plan, schedule, and execute content calendars with a strong focus on posting and engagement strategies.
• Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the content team to deliver high-quality and on-brand creative assets.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Oversee and grow brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and run paid social campaigns; manage budgets and optimize for performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes across platforms.
• Use analytics and insights to inform strategies and improve content performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably for B2B or agency clients.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Strong eye for design and content aesthetics; ability to guide content development.
• Proficiency in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
