Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the leasing process for office properties, including identifying potential clients and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and brokers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in office leasing and advisory services, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry, including current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop informed recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools.
