Manager / Senior Manager : Leasing/Commercial

Role Overview:

The Manager Leasing will be responsible for executing leasing activities for commercial properties in the Bangalore region. The role involves client prospecting, conducting site visits, coordinating with channel partners, managing negotiations, and supporting the end-to-end leasing process to ensure maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Execution & Client Engagement

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for commercial leasing.
• Conduct property presentations, demonstrations, and site visits with prospective tenants.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable project options.
• Assist in negotiations, preparation of LOIs, and Lease Deed documentation.

Channel Partner & Market Outreach

• Maintain regular communication with IPCs and channel partners.
• Share monthly inventory updates to strengthen project/brand visibility.
• Build strong networks to increase leasing opportunities.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare inspection and leasing status reports for management review.
• Ensure timely coordination with marketing, architects, and project teams for client requirements.
• Handover finalized client details to Facility Management for smooth transition.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain healthy client relationships to ensure long-term occupancy.
• Support in addressing leasing-related queries and concerns from tenants.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage channel partner networks.
• Proven ability to meet leasing targets.
