Key Responsibilities Drive str a t egic Talent Acquis ition by improving sourcing capabilities, enhancing candidate experi ence, and focusing on qua lity of hir e and at tri tion rate. Lead and manage a team of 3-4 team members. Coach and deve lop th e te a m, ensuring per forman c e, grow th, and alignment w i th recruitm ent best pract ices. Deliver hiring metrics and prepare insightful MIS reports and dashboards. Apply competency-based hiring techniques and proficiency mapping to ensure role fit and capability alignment.
