Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Business Excellence Department: Operations Location: Ahmedabad, India (COE) Budget: 16 to 18 LPA Experience: 10 to 15 years Travel: Required to Congo Gender Requirement: Male (Postgraduate mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Business Management & Administration: Act as a strategic advisor to the Business Head for performance enhancement and organizational development. Lead day-to-day business operations covering admin, compliance, facility, and vendor management. Develop and enforce SOPs to standardize business processes and drive efficiency. Lead internal audits, operational reviews, and governance frameworks. Strengthen internal communication and reporting systems to enhance visibility and transparency. Finance Support: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management. Coordinate periodic reviews to monitor financial KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with the finance team to support strategic decision-making. Logistics & Procurement: Partner with procurement and logistics teams to plan strategic sourcing and distribution. Monitor vendor and contract management, ensuring quality and compliance. Optimize procurement and supply chain processes while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Key Competencies: Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities. Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels. Analytical and process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Expertise in managing business operations, office administration, and compliance. Sound working knowledge of financial, procurement, and logistics functions. Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate Degree or MBA (Mandatory) 10 to 15 years of experience in business management, operations, or business excellence. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive large-scale initiatives. Exposure to finance or supply chain functions in a corporate/multinational setup is an advantage. Internal Coordination: Cross-functional interaction with Management, Logistics, Accounts, Finance, and Procurement teams across DRC, Uganda, Zambia & China.
