Manager, SAP Sales and Service Systems

As the Manager, Sales and Service Systems at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing technology solutions related to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP S/4. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning technology strategies with overall business objectives, and driving successful S/4 implementation projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Provide strategic leadership to the IT team and business partners, focusing on Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash processes. - Oversee the design and optimization of sales order management workflows within SAP S/4. - Define and implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 to provide actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance. - Manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors. - Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. You will be required to have the following qualifications: - BS / BA degree from an accredited University. - 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4: Order to Cash process and 3+ years of experience in people management. - In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes within SAP. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Experience in automation techniques using UIpath for automating SAP processes. - Experience in change management and deploying projects in a production environment. Additionally, up to 20% of travel, including international travel, may be required for this role. It would be advantageous if you also possess previous experience in: - Fiori design and implementation supporting organizational strategy. - Automating SAP processes using SAP IRpa. - Understanding of SAP analytics and reporting techniques.
