Manager, SAP Sales and Service Systems

As the Manager, Sales and Service Systems at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing technology solutions related to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP S/4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, logistics, finance, and other IT units, you will align technology strategies with overall business objectives and drive successful S/4 implementation projects. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales and Supply Chain Systems and is based in Pune, India, with a focus on Global operations. **Role Overview:** - Provide strategic direction and guidance to the IT team and business partners, focusing on Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Oversee the design and optimization of sales order management workflows within SAP S/4. - Help define and implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 and our SAC & business intelligence system. - Manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors. - Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with IT leads and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design SAP solutions. - Identify opportunities for automation and innovation by leveraging newer functionalities in S/4 HANA. - Lead sales order management processes including quoting, order creation, pricing, availability checks, credit management, invoicing, and delivery processing. - Develop architecture diagrams and technical design documents. - Manage relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets. **Qualifications Required:** - BS / BA degree from an accredited University. - 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4: Order to Cash process and 3+ years of experience in people management. - Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes within SAP, including various components such as sales order management, pricing, credit management, international trade, and delivery processing. - Experience in automation techniques using UIpath for automating SAP processes. - Proficiency in EDI, IDOCs, and various interface techniques. - Experience in change management and deploying projects in the production environment with minimal risk to BAU activities. **Additional Details:** - Travel requirement of up to 20%, including international travel. - Previous experience in Fiori design and implementation, automating SAP processes using SAP IRpa, and understanding of SAP analytics and reporting techniques would be advantageous. - The role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team with a history of discovery, determination, and innovation, contributing to the global impact of science and technology.
