Manager

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manager who understands the fundamentals of management and can support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have basic managerial knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks, supervise staff, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and management.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing routine activities.
• Help resolve minor operational or team-related issues.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare simple reports on work progress, attendance, or performance.
• Support senior management in implementing new processes and improvements.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of management principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate tasks.
• Time-management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or similar).
• B.Tech degree preferred.
