Job Description

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Life Science Cloud engineer you need to involve in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce Life Science platform. This role required to work under the guidance of senior managers and delivery squad leads to customize and integrate Salesforce applications. The role involves learning and applying best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. You need to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for those looking to grow their skills in Salesforce eco-system.

What you will do

Support the design and development of Salesforce Life Science Cloud solutions under the guidance of senior managers.
Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components including technical component like Platform events and Omni Studio
Actively involve for integrating Salesforce with other systems and third-party application.
Participate in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with the team for deployment and integration activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Life Science Cloud issues.
Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analyst
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Assist in training end-users on Salesforce Life Science Cloud functionalities.

What you should have

Bachelor s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.
5+ years of experience in IT implementation and successful delivery of large projects.
3 +years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and proven track record of successful salesforce implementation, integration over API, configurations Customization.
Proficient in Apex, with experience writing triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Flow, Platform Events, and Omni Studio.
Good understanding of salesforce data models and best practices.
Experience with Visualforce, LWR, Aura, Experience Cloud, SLDS, Einstein MuleSoft would be a plus.
Proficiency with Visualforce, LWR, Aura, Experience Cloud, SLDS, Einstein, and MuleSoft is considered advantageous.
Proficient in Salesforce Security, Sharing Rule, Permission Set, Trigger, OLS, FLS, OWD and Profiles.
Experience in Salesforce Life Science Cloud Health Cloud applications.
Experience with DevOps Tools and Automated Testing Frameworks.
Salesforce Health Cloud Omni Studio certification is preferable.
Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Skilled at looking into the problems and designing effective fixes.
Exposure in Java script Type Script are preferrable.
Pharma domain experience is nice to have.
Should have proper attitude to learn and adopt new technologies.
Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
