Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting sales strategies, leading the sales team, and ensuring targets are achieved. You will be the key link between the company’s offerings and client needs, driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and build business pipelines.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2B preferred.
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving consistent results.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
