Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT + MBA

Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales transformation, digital project implementation, or sales tech roles
  • Strong exposure to DMS, SFA, and other sales technology tools

Technical & Functional Competencies:
  • Understanding of sales systems (DMS, SFA, retailer apps, CRM) and integration workflows
  • Ability to anticipate technical feasibility issues and highlight gaps to vendors for resolution
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flow architecture, and basic troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong program management skills (PMO) with proven ability to deliver end-to-end tech-enabled projects
  • Capability to test and validate tech features (UAT) and ensure timely bug resolutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive all sales transformation initiatives, especially those requiring tech integrations and analytics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Commercial, Trade Marketing) to gather requirements and prioritize solutions
  • Engage with tech vendors, articulate technical/business gaps, and ensure closure of development issues
  • Create clear documentation and workflows to support change management
  • Ensure adoption and capability building across the field sales team
  • Oversee data reliability, accuracy, and build relevant dashboards for performance monitoring
  • Stay updated with emerging tools, digital trends, and industry benchmarks
