Manager Sales

Our Interiors Division, Thalikkunnil Interiors Pvt. Ltd., is one of the leading interior solution providers in Kerala and the authorised Channel Partner of Godrej Interio in South Kerala.

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and result-driven professional to assume the role of Manager – Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic direction, driving sales performance, and leading a dedicated sales team across our Engineering and Interiors divisions.

This position is based at our Group Corporate Office, Kowdiar, Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand market share across divisions.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring superior customer engagement.
• Liaise with internal divisions to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide periodic management reports.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within engineering, interiors, or allied industries.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership, business development, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be accorded to candidates residing in Trivandrum District.
