the Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events) to promote products/services.
  • Identify and develop new customer leads and business opportunities. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Manage client relationships, follow up on inquiries, and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contract documentation. Coordinate with the product, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales records, and marketing materials. • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

  • Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Office-based with frequent field visits or travel depending on territory/client locations.
  • Should work on weekends and extend working hours depending on campaigns or client availability.

• Sourcing of Target Channel partners across regions/projects to enhance customer database.
