Manager Sales Operations

As an eCommerce Business Analyst, your primary responsibility is to support the eCommerce agenda in South Africa, Middle East, and India. You will be working on complex analyses, numbers, and documents to lead eComm channel development projects effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being the pulse on eComm business performance & contribution by leveraging internal & external eComm data. You will work with BUs & finance teams to consolidate performance knowledge & learnings. - Supporting BU teams in preparing high-quality materials, documents, and analyses for ongoing channel development projects. - Working with BU teams to set KPIs, establish data, build & distribute ongoing scorecards that drive the right action & have a tangible impact on the business. - Developing or working with tech teams to create customer-specific performance reviews and scorecard tracking. - Supporting BU teams with analysis and deep dives to enable customer conversations and support JBP efforts. - Carrying out ad hoc strategic analysis consolidating multiple data sources to provide strategic insight. - Collaborating with DX & broader insights teams to carry out shopper behavior & channel insights. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting or multinational organizations in sales, commercial, or transformation functions. - Proficiency in using BI tools such as Cockpit, eComm IQ, e.Fundamentals, Similar Web, Kantar, Nielsen, etc. - Excellent skills in MS Office package, especially Excel & Powerpoint. - Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or other BI tools. - Ability to work with virtual teams across multiple geographies & time zones. - A proactive approach in driving online sales and customer engagement. - Previous experience in eCommerce is preferred. You will be required to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and extract key insights from complex data will be crucial for the success of channel projects.
