Job Title: Manager Sales & Marketing (International Business) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Senior Manager – International Business Location: Malad Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry (BSc) is mandatory MBA in Marketing or International Business preferred Experience 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the Chemical Industry Demonstrated experience in handling international clients and markets Key Responsibilities Key Account Management Manage and expand global key accounts, especially in the surfactants and specialty chemical segment Ensure timely execution of deliverables and contribute to both top-line and bottom-line growth New Business Development Identify new product opportunities through engagement with both existing and prospective international clients Collaborate with internal teams including R&D and Production to customize product offerings Technical Sales & Solutioning Offer technical insights and product solutions based on customer requirements Maintain a consultative approach while interacting with technical teams of client organizations Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with senior leadership across customer organizations and coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments (R&D, Production, QA, Logistics, and Finance) International Business Development Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events Conduct overseas client visits, build distributor/agent networks, and gather market intelligence Strategic Planning & Execution Monitor global market trends and competitor activity Develop go-to-market strategies and drive targeted sales initiatives in assigned international regions Key Requirements & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); capable of preparing reports, presentations, and MIS Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to influence and build relationships Confident in handling high-pressure environments with minimal supervision Strong self-starter, result-oriented, creative thinker, and a team player Familiarity with international trade practices, export documentation, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage
