Role & responsibilities

Marketing & Local Outreach

  • Design and execute comprehensive offline campaigns including print ads, hoardings, society activations, site branding, BTL promotions, and real estate expos.
  • Identify high-impact hoarding locations and lead-catchment areas across Hyderabad based on local demographics and traffic patterns.
  • Oversee development and distribution of marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, project standees, and branding kits.
  • Organize project launch events, customer walkthroughs, broker meetings, and on-ground promotional drives.

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns through both traditional and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with the CRM and Sales teams to track lead flow, quality, and conversion rates.
  • Support loyalty and referral programs through coordinated marketing.

Market Research & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor tracking to identify emerging trends and positioning strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to improve future campaigns and channel allocation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, assign tasks, and set clear goals.
  • Report key performance metrics and campaign insights to senior management.

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Closing:

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification and site visits to negotiations, documentation, and final deal closure.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, collaborating with legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and review real estate documents (e.g., contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide actionable feedback to marketing and leadership teams on market trends and customer preferences to refine strategies.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Implement and refine sales processes, scripts, and SOPs to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication, addressing inquiries, and nurturing long-term relationships.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue using CRM tools.
  • Report sales metrics to the senior management with actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Solid knowledge of Local geography, real estate micro-markets, and target buyer zones.
  • Excellent knowledge of field activations, outdoor media, and event management
  • Willing to travel locally and work on-field as required
  • Excellent organizational and project execution ability
  • Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of walk-ins/site visits from offline efforts
  • Number of field campaigns/events executed per month
  • Team Productivity: No. of calls, meetings, and site visits per executive
  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target Achievement (%): % of actual vs. target sales achieved by the branch.
  • Revenue Generation: % of actual vs. target sales achieved by the branch.
  • Conversion Ratio: Total revenue generated from bookings/sales during the period.
