Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, focused, and result-oriented Sales/Business Development Manager for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing beneficial relationships for Sinch India and nurturing them into productive arrangements efficiently. You should have a proven track record in farming and key account management, with experience interacting with senior executives and possessing excellent communication and relationship management skills. Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with existing and prospective clients to drive business and revenue growth through product enhancement and marketing strategies. - Lead sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives. - Develop a strong understanding of Messaging both from a product and market perspective. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers. - Foster long-term partnerships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with challenging customers and facilitate smooth commercial processes in alignment with organizational expectations. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, and Direct Corporate Selling. - Successful track record in growing existing accounts, acquiring new clients, and meeting sales targets. - Ability to present and sell effectively. - Strong creative, quantitative, and analytical skills. - Experience in technology and business development. - Target-oriented mindset. This role is based in our Bangalore office at Brook Fields, Whitefield, and requires working from the office. Personal Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships, with confidence and assertiveness. - Good collaboration skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Ability to remain composed under pressure.
