Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating

    sales

    and developing new opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Good Exposure to Channel Sales/Associates network & Corporate Sales.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Report on

    sales

    activities to top management
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for area
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing

    sales

    strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analyzing

    sales

    figures
  • Schedule and conduct weekly

    sales

    meetings and achieving targets
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Must have own conveyance
  • Hands on experience in B2C

    sales

  • Candidates will be positioned at the projects site.

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidates from Real Estate working experience preferred
