Role Overview: As a Sales and Distribution Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales through various distribution channels. You will also be required to manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales through various distribution channels. - Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and foster a positive work environment. - Identify and recruit retailers, wholesalers, and other sellers to distribute products, and build strong relationships with them. - Oversee inventory levels, ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, manage warehouse operations, and optimize shipping and logistics processes. - Monitor sales figures, analyze product performance, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions. - Review and enhance distribution and sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards and prepare reports on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
