Requirement:-

• Sales and Distribution Strategy:Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales through various distribution channels.
• Team Leadership:Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and foster a positive work environment.
• Market Management:Identify and recruit retailers, wholesalers, and other sellers to distribute products, and build strong relationships with them.
• Inventory and Logistics:Oversee inventory levels, ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, manage warehouse operations, and optimize shipping and logistics processes.
• Sales Performance Analysis:Monitor sales figures, analyze product performance, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
• Process Improvement:Review and enhance distribution and sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance and Reporting:Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards and prepare reports on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
