Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for lubricant products in the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow distributor and dealer networks for retail sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the automotive lubricant segment.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective coverage and relationship management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and lubricant industry.
