Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales and Marketing, located in Eramangalam Near Guruvayur. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the sales and marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales Strategy Development and Business Development skills
• Marketing Campaign Management and Digital Marketing skills
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Analytical skills and understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Eramangalam and manage a team
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
