Manager Sales – Alternatives (PMS and AIF)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Delivery:

  Drive PMS & AIF sales via IFAs, sub-brokers, wealth managers, and national distributors

• Channel Development:

  Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential distribution partners

• Engagement:

  Deliver product trainings, webinars, and portfolio updates to boost mindshare and wallet share

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates

• Reporting:

  Maintain region-wise MIS, monitor KPIs, and report performance regularly

What we are looking for

• Experience:

  5–8 years in investment sales; minimum 2–3 years in PMS/AIF distribution via third-party channels. (Senior profiles are welcome)

• Network:

  Strong relationships in the sub-broker/IFA ecosystem

• Education:

  MBA or equivalent; AMFI certified (or willing to certify)

• Skills:

  Excellent in communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling
