• Take us from early traction to becoming a brand millions of Indians recognize and rely on

What I imagine in you:

You’ve done hard things before — maybe scaled growth in a startup, maybe built a community from scratch. You’re scrappy, you move fast, and you care about making finance less intimidating. You get both the storytelling and the numbers. Located in Mumbai.

• Full-time commitment for the long haul (this is not a side hustle)
• True execution attitude
• Personal financial runway for the next 2 years
• Some capital contribution to have skin in the game (not massive, but meaningful)
• Belief in building equity — your upside is in ownership, not salary (at least until revenue/funding)

What’s on the table:

• Equity: 10–15%

  , depending on capital commitment and role
• A true partner seat — building, deciding, and owning this together
• The chance to create one of India’s most trusted financial brands from the ground up
• Approved to receive a small contribution from an incubator under Govt. startup schemes (so there’s external validation already)

We’re not starting from zero. The foundation is real. Now it’s about scale, trust, and impact.
