Job Title: Manager Sales – Alternatives (PMS and AIF) Location: Mumbai Department: Sales & Distribution Who Are We? Role Overview We are hiring a Manager Sales – Alternatives (PMS and AIF) to lead and scale our PMS/AIF distribution via third-party channels across India. This is a channel sales role, ideal for someone with deep IFA/sub-broker connects and a strong understanding of high-ticket investment products. Key Responsibilities Sales Delivery: Drive PMS & AIF sales via IFAs, sub-brokers, wealth managers, and national distributors Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential distribution partners Engagement: Deliver product trainings, webinars, and portfolio updates to boost mindshare and wallet share Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates Reporting: Maintain region-wise MIS, monitor KPIs, and report performance regularly What we are looking for Experience: 5–8 years in investment sales; minimum 2–3 years in PMS/AIF distribution via third-party channels. (Senior profiles are welcome) Network: Strong relationships in the sub-broker/IFA ecosystem Education: MBA or equivalent; AMFI certified (or willing to certify) Skills: Excellent in communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling Why Join Us?
