Duties And Responsibilities

Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL-
Ensure timely collection-
Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business-
Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.-
Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales -
Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. -
Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.-Competitive Assessment:-
The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.-
Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report-
Sales & Collect responsibility-
Clearing day to day customer queries
