• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project execution plans including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to finalize layout, machinery specifications, and process flows.
• Evaluate and approve technical drawings, equipment specifications, and vendor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Supervise site preparation, equipment erection, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution.
• Coordinate with operations teams for seamless handover and startup.
