Job Title: Section Incharge Mechanical Department: Wire Rod Pickling Plant Mechanical Maintenance Location: Boisar, Maharashtra Experience: 10 15 Years (preferably in process plants, pickling lines, or steel wire plants) Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production Engineering Purpose of the Role: To manage the overall mechanical maintenance and production functions of the Wire Rod Pickling Plant, including Annealing & Pickling lines (AP Line), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and Dispatch, ensuring optimal equipment availability, production efficiency, cost control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations & Maintenance: Oversee mechanical maintenance and smooth operation of AP Line, ETP, and Dispatch sections. Ensure high equipment availability through preventive and breakdown maintenance. Production Management: Achieve production targets as per defined quality standards and SOPs. Coordinate with QA/QC for handling non-conformities in Annealed & Pickled products. Ensure documentation and adherence to production processes and customer specifications. Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with PPC for daily/weekly/monthly production and dispatch planning. Work closely with the Plant Head and PPC for new product development and implementation. Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and process rejections. Address deviations in process cost and take actions for optimization. Quality & Process Control: Implement new production practices and process improvements. Drive quality systems such as TPM, ISO, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices. Promote continuous improvement and adherence to best manufacturing practices. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and legal requirements. Drive safety initiatives and monitor adherence to environmental and statutory norms.

To be responsible for taking actions on process cost deviations to act to reduce the process cost. To Achieve Target Production with quality as per customer specifications with defined SOPs. To interact with QA & QC for non-conformance in Annealed & Pickled product. To coordinate with PPC and Plant head for new product development and document the production process / guidelines of the same To review with PPC for daily/weekly/monthly Production & Dispatch plan, achive complaince for the same. To be responsible for implementing new standards and practices at the unit level for more effective planning and production. General Manager (Pickling Plant-Project) Department: WRM Location: Palghar Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Project - Wire rod Tunnel Pickling plant, Shot blasting Machines. (Stainless Steel Acid Tunnel Pickling plant wire rod shot blasting machines) Define project scope, timelines, and milestones for Wire Rod Pickling Plant and related utilities. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Track project progress and ensure adherence to the master schedule. Review and approve engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and layout plans. Coordinate with design consultants, OEMs, and internal engineering teams. Ensure technical specifications meet process requirements and industry standards. Identify and finalize suppliers for pickling tanks, shot blasting systems, acid handling units, and auxiliary equipment. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely supply and installation of equipment. Negotiate contracts and resolve vendor-related issues proactively. Oversee site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical work. Ensure timely and safe erection of equipment and structures. Lead the commissioning team and ensure system readiness for handover to operations. Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC protocols and compliance with ISO, OSHA, and environmental standards. Implement safety management systems and enforce use of PPE and safe work practices. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Report progress to senior management and participate in steering committee reviews. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and supervisors.

Job Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for rolling mill setup or modernization projects. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives. • Prepare detailed project execution plans including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment. • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to finalize layout, machinery specifications, and process flows. • Evaluate and approve technical drawings, equipment specifications, and vendor proposals. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. • Supervise site preparation, equipment erection, and commissioning activities. • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution. • Coordinate with operations teams for seamless handover and startup.
