• Handle reconciliation of SME clients.
• Negotiations with Clients on the debit raised by them against service invoices.• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the Closures can be done on a timely basis.• Effectively manage the Queries raised by clients and ensure requests are completed timely.• Revenue vs Loss analysis.• CN & COF generation.• Responsible for maintaining the monthly provision and g-sheet tracker.• Responsible for shipment level NDC from the client for internal audit purposes.• Follow up with concerned LM centres to deliver the shipments to achieve the TAT.• Follow-up for undelivered shipments for further closure.
• Strong Analytical & Excel Skills required.
• Good communication & Negotiation Skill
