 Manager - Retail EMI Business - Payments 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  •  FOS Management: 
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the team
  • Manage FOS productivity
  •  Distribution Development: 
  • Distribution mapping by category & manufacturer
  • Build distribution for the business
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers for business development
  •  Distribution Management: 
  • Ensure proper distribution coverage through FOS mapping
  • Manage channel relationships
  • Drive sales numbers and retailer payment reconciliation
  • Work with partners on sales promotion ideas and execution to drive sales
  • Ensure process rigor and controllership
  • Maintain visibility at point of sale

    •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • MBA with at least 1 year of experience OR Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Prior exposure to FMCG or Telecom Pre-paid sales is mandatory
  • For internal candidates, experience in Distribution handling roles in Consumer Durables, Digital, or LSF roles is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and self-starter attitude
  • Passion for being out on the field and meeting retailers
