Manager - Regulatory Affairs

As the Manager Regulatory Affairs at Kenvue, you will lead a team responsible for developing regulatory strategies across India, providing guidance on local requirements to product development teams. Your responsibilities will include managing regulatory deliverables for various products within your geographical and brand area, ensuring consistency in regulatory positions, and maintaining current products throughout their lifecycle. You will also represent the Regulatory Affairs function within the Franchise. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regulatory input and guidance to product development teams - Support business initiatives by influencing and approving the product portfolio - Conduct risk-based assessments for product claims and labeling - Participate in cross-functional project teams to define RA resources and program requirements - Prepare and submit regulatory submissions according to guidelines - Stay updated on current regulatory legislation at the regional level Regulatory Compliance: - Maintain awareness of regulations and anticipate implications - Ensure compliance with local regulatory and quality requirements - Lead inspections and challenges by Authorities and competitors - Implement and maintain compliance with applicable processes and SOPs - Manage audits and inspections in collaboration with the quality function Regulatory Advocacy: - Monitor the regulatory environment and assess the impact of new regulations - Participate in trade associations and working groups to influence strategies Team Management: - Provide technical and leadership development - Monitor progress of applications and minimize delays - Partner with business to deliver regulatory outcomes - Represent Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional teams Qualifications: - Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher - Expertise in regulatory classifications including Cosmetics, Commodities, and Medical Devices - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to apply them throughout the product lifecycle - Leadership and coaching skills - Experience in cultivating strategic networks and partnerships What's in it for you: - Competitive Benefit Package - Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More - Learning & Development Opportunities - Employee Resource Groups,
