Job requisition ID :: 83045 Date: Jun 16, 2025 Location: Mumbai Designation: Manager Entity: Lead, mentor, and manage the mobile development team, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business analysts. Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Ensure that mobile applications are robust, scalable, and deliver a seamless user experience. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance mobile application functionality and performance. Ensure that mobile applications comply with relevant privacy regulations (including Data Privacy) and standard. Implement best practices for data security and privacy within the mobile applications. Continuously improve the user experience by incorporating user feedback and conducting usability testing. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through mobile applications. Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor application performance and usage analytics to identify areas for improvement.
