Manager - R&D Electronics (Product Owner)

Job Description

Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps for all categories based on market insights and customer needs. Create user stories, maintain Product Backlog and follow Agile Release Trains to optimize value delivery. Collaboration with Design & Engineering: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to translate product concepts into innovative and high-quality products. Drive Agile Scrum / SAFe, DevOps practises across development teams and coach / mentor critical roles like Scrum Master, Scrum Developer and Testers. Cross-Functional & 3rd party vendor Coordination: Coordinate with cross functional teams & 3rd party vendors to ensure alignment and seamless product development. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Customer Insights: Gather and incorporate customer feedback to refine product features and enhance customer satisfaction. User Experience: Be on top of creating the best Product UX and creating the WoW factor for our customer through deep understanding of UX principles and its impact. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor / Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Owner or Manager roles, with a good track record in launching consumer or industrial products. Expertise in Agile Scrum, SAFe frameworks and DevOps practises across different roles especially Scrum Master. Hands on Software Product Development skills covering technologies of Cloud, Web and Mobile Apps. Good knowledge in Cyber Security compliance in any of the industry standards. Experience in Productizing AI/ML technologies is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
