Manager Quantity Surveyor

As a Civil Structural and Finishing Works Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be utilizing your in-depth technical skills related to civil structural and finishing works in projects such as 5-star hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, and residential buildings. Your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines will be crucial in ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: - Review quantity take-off from drawing P-line in AutoCAD drawing, PDF drawings - Support in rate analysis, GCC, and SCC review - Assist in vendor identification and evaluation for pre-bid qualification - Help in pre-bid meeting, bid comparison, and negotiation strategy preparation - Check contractor and sub-contractor bills - Manage change orders and prepare cash flow statements - Collect market quotes for extra items rate finalization and claims settlement - Conduct rate analysis and manage contracts - Maintain documentation and MIS reporting - Keep records of work on SharePoint for team access - Prepare inputs on cost tracking in monthly project reports Qualification Required: - BE/BTech in Civil Engineering - 10-15 years of experience in Real Estate/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare industry - Functional Area expertise in Project Management In addition to the job responsibilities, Mott MacDonald offers a supportive work environment with competitive benefits such as annual leave, sick leaves, group incentive schemes, life insurance, and medical coverage.
