Role Overview: Join Amgen's mission of serving patients by becoming a Manager Quality Complaints at Amgen. You will be a crucial part of the team responsible for owning and implementing the end-to-end global complaint process and management system. Your role will involve ensuring appropriate business connections across Amgen and maintaining full compliance with quality operating standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of complaint investigators, overseeing records with basic investigations, customer feedback, and limited information - Ensure execution of the quality complaint process in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Lead team initiatives and projects, setting performance expectations and monitoring daily improvement - Prioritize workload based on changing incoming volumes or records, while mentoring and supporting the team - Raise potential quality issues to management and monitor team's performance and development - Maintain continuous training for the team and participate in audits and assessments as required - Develop a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the team Qualifications Required: - Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 4 to 6 years of quality management, focusing on complaints handling experience OR Bachelors degree with 6 to 8 years of quality management, focusing on complaints handling experience OR Diploma with 10 to 12 years of quality management, focusing on complaints handling experience - Preferred qualifications include quality and manufacturing experience in biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry, leadership skills, familiarity with advanced project management tools, ability to operate in a matrixed or team environment, understanding of quality and industry requirements, and the ability to negotiate strategic positions and lead cross-functional teams - Additionally, the ability to handle disagreements, adjust strategies based on complaints, work effectively in global teams, grasp regulatory guidelines, view issues from the customer's perspective, and travel as required are essential for this role Apply now for a rewarding career at Amgen where you will contribute to transforming the lives of patients and advancing science to serve those in need.
