Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure effective inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
  • Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product verification.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare quality reports, and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Analyse quality performance data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, other departments, and procurement teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Train staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices.
  • Maintain and improve certifications and documentation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect production.
