Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards. You will lead and manage the QA team to ensure effective inspection, testing, and documentation processes. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product verification. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. You will conduct internal audits, prepare quality reports, and coordinate with external auditors. Analysing quality performance data, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions will be crucial aspects of your job. Collaborating with production, other departments, and procurement teams to address quality-related issues is also part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices, as well as maintaining and improving certifications and documentation. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect production is a key goal.
