Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - QMS located in Chhatral. The Manager - QMS will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality policies, conducting internal audits, managing documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure quality control throughout the production process. The role also involves training staff on quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control procedures
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in zinc oxide or related fields, is a plus
