Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - QMS, located in Rohtak, Haryana India. The Manager - QMS will be responsible for managing and implementing the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, overseeing quality control processes, developing and updating QMS procedures, and coordinating with different departments to ensure quality standards are met. The role also involves training staff on quality management practices and continuously improving QMS effectiveness. Qualifications Strong understanding and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards Proficiency in conducting internal audits, quality control processes, and QMS procedures Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Ability to provide training and support regarding quality management practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
