Manager QMS

We are seeking an experienced Management Representative - Manufacturing to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, compliance, and risk management, with a proven track record in implementing and maintaining QMS systems in the auto component, auto, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of QMS policies and procedures.Manage and mitigate risks associated with quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on QMS policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain records and reports to demonstrate compliance with QMS requirements.Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the auto component, auto, or related industries, with a strong background in quality management, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in implementing and maintaining QMS systems, with a focus on quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Proficiency in QMS software and tools, including document management and audit tracking systems.
