The Purchasing Manager will lead procurement activities for construction materials and vendor management and ensure timely delivery for project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify material requirements and raise purchase orders.
  • Source vendors, negotiate prices, and finalise contracts.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with site engineers for material delivery.
  • Track purchase schedules and ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Ensure cost optimisation and quality standards in procurement.
  • Maintain procurement records, bills, and documentation.



Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
  • Good understanding of purchase documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase management tools.
