The CRM & After-Sales Executive will manage customer documentation, queries, and coordination after booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal teams.
  • Handle customer queries regarding payment receipts, project updates, and possession timelines.
  • Maintain customer records and update status on CRM software.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience post-booking till possession.
  • Support in conducting customer meetings or events.


Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Customer service-orientated behaviour.
