Manager - Public Relations

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve our business targets. You will oversee all marketing activities within the department, ensuring that they align with the company's objectives. Your role will involve evaluating the results of PR campaigns to ensure they are in line with our key messaging. You will also be tasked with identifying PR opportunities for the company and creating compelling stories to keep the company in the news. Additionally, you will conceptualize and implement both external and internal events. Managing our social media presence will be a crucial aspect of your job, including directing programs to enhance our social media reputation and recognition. Strong writing, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. You should be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and promote collaboration among team members. Experience in the technology or startup sectors is preferred, with knowledge of the NBFC or banking industry considered a plus. Attention to detail and a passion for our company's mission are key qualities we are looking for in a candidate.
