Role Overview

We are looking for aproactive and strategic PR Managerto lead end-to-endpublic relations, client servicing, media strategy, and business growth initiatives. In this role, you will oversee multiple accounts, manage and mentor a team, drive PR strategies, and contribute to business expansion throughupselling and cross-sellingopportunities. Key Responsibilities

Strategic PR & Media Management

• Develop and implementhigh-impact PR strategiestailored to client objectives.
• Ensurestrong media placementsacross print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine storytelling and media outreach approaches.
• Buildthought leadership strategies, positioning clients as industry experts through op-eds, speaking opportunities, and award nominations.

Client Servicing & Business Growth

• Act as atrusted advisorfor clients, managing relationships end-to-end.
• Identifyupsell and cross-sellopportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Providestrategic counselon media relations, crisis communication, and brand positioning.
• Ensure timelycampaign execution, reporting, and performance analysisto drive results.

New Business Development (NBD)

• Identify andpursue new business opportunitiesto expand MCGs client portfolio.
• Collaborate with leadership topitch PR servicesto potential clients.
• Develop and present compelling PR proposals to secure new accounts.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of PR professionalsto drive excellence.
• Allocate tasks, set performance benchmarks, and foster ahigh-performance culture.
• Conducttraining sessionsto enhance team capabilities in media outreach, storytelling, and client servicing.

Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting

• Track PR campaign performance usingmedia monitoring tools.
• Provideinsightful reportsshowcasing PR impact and areas of improvement.
• Stay updated onindustry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-7 yearsof experience inPublic Relations, preferably in a PR agency managing B2B/SaaS/Tech clients.
• Strongmedia relations networkwith a track record of securing impactful media placements.
• Proven experience inclient servicing, team management, and strategic PR planning.
• Prior experience inupselling, cross-selling, and new business development (NBD).
• Exceptionalcommunication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with aproblem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in PR tools likeMeltwater, Wizikey, Cision, or similar platforms.
