Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Deliverability Manager located in Bengaluru. The Email Deliverability Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of email campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring email deliverability metrics, managing ISP and blacklist relationships, analyzing email performance data, implementing best practices for email sending, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to resolve deliverability issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with email deliverability and anti-spam best practices
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret deliverability metrics and performance data
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve deliverability issues
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with marketing and technical teams
• Ability to manage ISP and blacklist relationships
• Familiarity with email authentication protocols (e.g., DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
• Experience in the telecommunications or digital identity industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field
