Job Description

The Manager - Projects (Bids & Proposals) is responsible for creating and managing bids in response to RFPs and proactive pursuits for business. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to create proposals that comply with clients" requirements while aligning with the company's value proposition. Working closely with the Service Line Head and Regional Business Development leads, you will bring a strategic approach to designing proposals and pitches to win bids. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communication, or a PGDM/MBA in Construction Management. A minimum of 3-5 years" experience in business development or bid management is required. Your responsibilities will include providing end-to-end presales and bid management support, writing and managing proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQs), creating synopsis for proposals, setting meetings, performing RACI matrix for bid tasks, attending client meetings, and maintaining business relationships. You will lead the solution detailing process, understand problem statements, manage bid repositories, ensure bid completeness, act as an SME within the Business Development team, and oversee client presentations. Furthermore, you will stay updated on market trends, support client visits for large deals, manage bid submissions, coordinate with stakeholders, develop win strategies, and maintain clear program timelines. Your attention to detail, collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and timely follow-ups will be crucial for successful bid submissions.
